1 Multistage Centrifugal Blower acceptance

When the blower arrives at the user's site, it shall be unpacked and inspected immediately to detect that the motor and blower shaft can rotate freely; Visually inspect the appearance of the blower, and there is no obvious damage, casting crack, bending of the pull rod, and no other abnormal conditions such as scraping, collision and impact; Check the attached accessories according to the packing list. In case of damage or loss of accessories, it shall be indicated on the carrier's cargo list, ensure that the driver signs on the receiving list, and notify our company, so as to contact the carrier to make a claim.

At the same time, it is necessary to confirm that the Multistage Centrifugal Blower factory certificate data are complete.

2 Multistage Centrifugal Storage

a) Short term storage

The centrifugal blower must be stored in a clean, dry and well ventilated place and covered with canvas or plastic cloth, Attention shall be paid to heating at the storage place in high cold area (below - 20 ℃) to prevent condensation of motor and lubricating oil. During idle period, rotate the blower and motor shaft at least once a week to prevent damage to the bearing, maintain uniform lubrication in the bearing, and make maintenance records. Failure to comply with this article will invalidate the warranty.

b) Long term storage

If the storage period exceeds three months, in addition to the short-term storage requirements, the following measures must be taken:

○ 1 blower maintenance: every six months, the protective cover of the inlet and exhaust flange must be removed to check the corrosion on the inner surface of the blower. If the corrosion is obvious, it is necessary to spray vapor phase corrosion inhibitor. At the same time, it is necessary to check the exposed part of the blower and add anti rust agent if necessary.
