· 1. Check the working status of each instrument.

· The instruments of roots blower are divided into pressure gauges、voltmeter、flowmeter，this is the main instrument. During operation of roots blower，If the pressure gauge is too large, it may be a blockage in the pipe. Check the situation of entrance and exit of roots blower and pipeline. If the voltmeter and flowmeter are too small, voltage instability may occur.

2.Determine the location of the fault by the noise

· When roots blower is in operation，there will be some noise. Noise is normal mechanical sound.If there is unusual noise，We need to turn on the fan，If the source of the noise is external vibration，Then the part we repair should be placed on the fixing bolt.

3.The fan stuck and could not work

In such cases, power should be cut off in time. The main part of overhaul is gear box、belt pulley、Impeller and bearing、coupling wait，Check the external first and then the internal，place under repair.
