The incoming billet needs heat treatment. The large billet requires heat treatment and the electric furnace is suffocating. The temperature needs about 700 degrees, and it takes three to four hours to prevent the billet from being deformed.

First, the main components of the fan are organic shell, wallboard, impeller, and the material is gray iron 200 (Ht200).

The processing process of the shell: blanks need to use a horizontal machining center, rough finishing, in order to complete the size, after drilling with a drill. Among them, the horizontal machining center is suitable for fans below 200, and more than 200 fans need to be machined with a boring machine.

The process of wallboard processing: blanks need to use a lathe to machine the plane, smooth the plane, and then use a vertical machining center to make holes.

Impeller processing process: the first roughing needs roughing and finishing, roughing is the use of a CNC planer for roughing of the impeller; finishing is the use of a curved planer, these two procedures are to ensure the accuracy of the impeller. The second is to use a dynamic balancer to perform dynamic balance adjustment on the impeller in order to increase the stability of the impeller.

The second is that the standard parts of the fan have toothed end bearings and drive end bearings and gears.

The bearing on the fan is generally a combination of a large bearing and a small bearing. Different pressures are required to select different bearings. Generally used bearings are ball bearings, roller bearings, self-aligning bearings.

The third is that the small parts of the fan have sealed sleeves, blind cover cover, and auxiliary fuel tank cover.

After the fan parts are finished, they need to be stocked, waiting for the workers to receive them, assembled, and need to be tested after assembling the host. We have a special test platform, under normal circumstances, we need to test the machine for 1 to 2 hours, we must test the fan The performance is qualified. If the customer requires or trial production of new products, it will take 4 to 6 hours to test.

After the trial is successful, it needs to be assembled and sprayed. According to the requirements of the customers, the technicians set the flow and pressure, select the matching motor, and finally carry out the package delivery.
