At present, there are several types of gas sources in the market:

1. Oil injection screw compressor

Advantages: stable pressure, can be placed after water removal, dust removal, sterilization;

Disadvantages: the exhaust contains a lot of oil, which pollutes the cloth. This is not in line with the production requirements of melt blown cloth. Although we advise many customers not to use it, there are still many people using it;

2. Roots blower

Advantages: the exhaust gas does not contain oil or water.

Disadvantages: the outlet pressure is 80kPa, if the post sterilization and pre dedusting are added, the pressure will be low.

3. Multistage centrifugal blower

Advantages: stable pressure (adjustable from 80kPa to 98kpa), oil-free, water-free, dust-free and sterile, such as Sinopec and ferro.

Disadvantages: the price is relatively expensive, but the advantages of energy saving are obvious.
