1. Treatment method of roots blower motor

Remove the motor from the base, open the front and rear end cover of the motor, remove the rotor, and screw all the end cover screws into the stator end holes.The stator shall be erected and exposed to the sun for 12 hours at both ends. The insulation resistance of the windings and the enclosure shall not be lower than 20 megohm by megohm meter.If not, continue to expose to the sun until the target is reached.

· Remove the return tubing from the base, remove the oil and water in the main engine and air chamber, remove the air filter, and quickly turn the fan belt wheel about 10 revolutions by hand, slowly pour the oil into the air inlet, and at the same time, continuously turn the rotary fan belt wheel to discharge all the cleaning oil.

· 3. Treatment method for roots blower fuel tank

· Use a spanner to remove the oil gauge and remove an oil filter. Tilt the base to drain as much oil as possible. Clean the oil tank with new oil.Install oil filter, oil return line and air filter, fill oil tank to 3/4 and screw down oil level.
